Warranty and Repair

2 Year Warranty

As MOFT, we trust the quality of the bags we produce. That's why all our products are covered by a 2-year warranty .

If your products fail due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use , we will repair or replace them free of charge and cover the cost of shipping them back to you.

The warranty does not cover the following situations:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. natural ageing of the leather surface, traces of use).
• Improper maintenance or use of incorrect cleaning materials.
• Damages resulting from misuse, accidents or neglect .
• Natural deterioration of materials (e.g. ageing of leather and metal accessories over time).

Free Lifetime Repair

At MOFT, we support sustainable consumption and care about the lifetime use of our products. That's why:

• Even after the warranty period, if your product needs any repair, we provide a repair service free of charge .
  
• The repair service includes sewing repair . However, in some cases, if a material change is required, we contact you and manage the process together.
