  1. Delivery

If the SELLER's stock and/or production status is suitable, the ordered and paid products are delivered to the BUYER, free of defects and damage, within the promised time through the contracted Cargo Company.

Delivery time is 3 business days at the latest for products in stock, and 1 week for products that are in production or offered for pre-sale while in production.

You can shop at www.moftbag.com with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard). Payment methods such as cash on delivery, cash on delivery, postal checks and EFT/Money Transfer are not accepted. Orders whose payments are not approved by the bank will be canceled. The delivery process of the purchased product will start as soon as the payment is completed with the necessary approval from the bank.

The time the orders are taken into process is not the time the order is placed, but the time the necessary collection is made from the credit card account.

HANDLING AND DELIVERY FEES WILL BE PAID BY THE SELLER.

For products sold on the website and delivered, the SELLER is not responsible for any delays or failure to deliver due to reasons originating from the shipping company or the BUYER. In regions where the Cargo Company delivers once a week, there may be delays in the specified day period in cases of inaccuracies or deficiencies in the shipping information, and in cases such as certain social events and natural disasters. If the product is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible for any extra shipping costs that may arise from the person/organization to whom the product will be delivered not accepting the delivery, the incorrect shipping information and/or the buyer not being at the location.

  1. Return/Cancellation

The general return period for products purchased from www.moftbag.com is 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns of products without invoices are not accepted.

Since the order cannot be canceled, the way you can follow is to receive the order brought by the cargo and carry out the RETURN/WITHDRAW procedure and then carry out the return transactions.

For product returns, the situation should be reported to customer services first. After this meeting, you need to deliver the product to our company with the invoice and the cargo company that delivered it to your address. If the product we receive meets the above conditions, it will be accepted as a return and the payment will be made to your credit card/account. The refund process will be initiated within 14 days from the date the returned product reaches the SELLER. The reflection period of refunds made to Credit Cards on credit card accounts is at the discretion of the relevant bank.

Returns of used, damaged, etc. products are not accepted. During the return process, the product must be packaged in a way that it will not be damaged during the cargo phase and must be returned in the box. In cases where any deterioration, breakage, damage, tearing, use, etc. is detected in the product and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return and its price will not be refunded. In this case, the transportation fee arising from the return of the product that is not included in the return scope to the BUYER belongs to the BUYER.

After the products purchased from www.moftbag.com are returned or exchanged, the BUYER cannot make a claim if the campaign or discount in the purchasing period ends or if the SELLER changes the price of the product.

The shipping costs for exchanges and returns sent via cargo companies other than the contracted cargo companies belong to the BUYER.

The Seller undertakes that the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods or services within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt or signing of the contract without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any justification, and that the Seller will take back the goods as of the date the withdrawal notification reaches the Seller. The withdrawal right notification and other notifications regarding the contract can be sent through the seller's contact information channel specified above. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the Seller within this period in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. The box, packaging, standard accessories, if any, and other products gifted with the product, if any, of the products to be returned within the 14-day period must be delivered complete and undamaged. The product price will be refunded to the Buyer in the same way as paid within 14 days following the exercise of the right of withdrawal and the receipt of the information. When the product is returned to the Seller, the original invoice presented to the Buyer during the product delivery must also be returned. The return shipping cost belongs to the Seller.

According to the legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases;

a) Service contracts where the service is started with the approval of the Consumer before the expiry of the right of withdrawal period.

b) Contracts for goods whose prices are determined on stock exchanges or other organized markets.

c) Contracts for the delivery of goods that are prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or clearly in line with his/her personal needs, are not suitable for return due to their nature, and are at risk of rapid deterioration or expiry.

d) Contracts regarding sound or image recordings, software programs and computer consumables, provided that the packaging has been opened by the consumer.

e) Contracts regarding the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines.

f) Contracts for the performance of betting and lottery related services.

g) Contracts for services performed instantly in electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
